In 7 days the Halloween decorations have been installed and look great at night when illuminated.

A mere mortal would stop now and start thinking about Christmas.

Set Up Phase 2 Week 2

Mon 2026-10-12 set up

• Rearranged some clutter inside.
• Evaluated the "Popeye" laptop for Zoom Meeting if needed.
• Installed front window drapes.
• Assembled and dress 2 nurses Nurses. Shorter mask is dried out and cracking. It will need to be replaced.
• Closer assembly - Removed the rain guard to plug in the top 12vdc led light and then reassembled the rain guard.
• Replaced Hector's bell with a new one. It is slightly bettter than the old one .
• The big skelly head went on Hector easily. He needs his chest cavity filled.
• Start to assemble Dog with Dog House.

Tue 2026-10-13 set up

• Assemble Dog with Dog House continued. Installed speaker. Needs rear rain guard.
• Cleaned pumpkin projector box. Cut a Plexiglass plate to seal the the projector box.
• Fetch From Storage 7: Looking for Dog House Rain Guard with Mitch. We didn't find one.
• Lunch with Clay.
• Fetch From Storage 8: Clay helped fetch A, B, and C Boxes.

Wed 2026-10-14 set up

• Made and painted rear rain gaurd for the dog hose. Can Bench test dog house when the paint dries.
• Install Red light bulbs in existing fixtures (chimney, garage, and side yard).

• Installed 12 inch wheels on garage compressor. It still leans but not as much.

• Spent most of the day trying to set up the TracMix camaera pole. It had and still has issues.
• Completed Dog House assembly and performed a successful bench test.
• Spent some time chasing down the "inside house" cables.

• High Winds knocked down one of the back yard umbrellas. I removed both and stored them in the deck box.
• Sharon's plants needed attension. I trimmed and watered. I made room and preparred to move the lime tree inside.

• TracMix Camera is operational. It's stand needs attention.
• Applied modeling clay around the Hector Head eyes. Concealed Hector's neck and chest with an old turtle neck shirt.
• Built a watermellon light bracket for the dog house.
• Added 2 inch casters to the Garage Compressor. It still leans but I think it's good to go for now as a back up compressor.
